Tzimmes Vegetables

Prunes, Carrots and Potatoes are cooked with Brisket braised in water. The prunes and vegetables are removed from the brisket and sold separately. It is a naturally sweet side dish. This is a traditional Ashkenazi holiday dish our family has enjoyed for generations.
