Orange Marmalade

Florida naval oranges are simmered with Florida orange blossom honey and a "bit" of crushed red pepper flakes bring pure orange flavor with a "bite" of flavor to your palate. The honey is not raw, unfiltered in this process. The honey replaces sugar. Excellent as a condiment, accoutrement to charcuterie, or simply on toast.
