Artichoke Dip

This is a half tray of 4 pounds. Artichoke hearts are finely chopped, mixed with seasonings, Parmesan cheese and just enough mayonnaise to hold it together. Topped with additional Parmesan cheese for cheesy, bubbly flavor. Best served with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
