Bluegrass Pie

Based on the Kentucky "Derby Pie" which is a trademarked name. This pie starts with a graham cracker, pecan crust. A layer of chocolate is pressed into the crust. Bourbon is added to the filling which cuts the sweetness normally in a pecan pie. Topped with pecan halves, it is best chilled overnight but served at room temperature.
