Cajun Fried Turkey

The turkeys are injected with our signature Cajun flavored marinade, with a flavorful "bite" of spice, then seasoned with Creole seasoning, They are placed in an infra-red fryer and "air" fried with no oil. They re-heat back to a crisp outside and flavorful, moist inside.
