Jalapeno Cornbread Stuffing. Half Tray

First we make our Jalapeno Cornbread, topped with wildflower honey. Then we crumble it an add it to  celery, onions and mushrooms which have been simmered in butter and seasoned. It is ready for re-heating, moist inside, crisp on top when you get it.
A half tray is 5 lbs of stuffing
