Smoked Brisket

We season the brisket with our Arkansas Rub, smoke it low and slow until it is tender with a nice "bark" of flavor. We slice it for your convenience so it's ready to re-heat and enjoy.
An order is one pound. In general, figure 4 servings per pound or call Mara for assistance.
