TurDucKen Raw

TurDuckEn is a partially deboned Turkey (wings and drumsticks still attached), stuffed with a boneless, skinless Duck, and boneless, skinless chicken with jalapeno cornbread stuffing between each poultry layer. When serving, remove the wings and drumstickes then slice across so that each slice has all ingredients. Flavorful with some heat to enhance your celebration while giving a beautiful centerpiece on the table.

Cooking Instructions: Thaw for 3 days in the refrigerator. Place in a deep roasting pan on a rack. Tightly cover with tented foil and place in a preheated 350F (180C) oven for 3 hours. Remove the foil and bake another hour uncovered. With a thermometer, check in numberous locations (especially in the center) to be sure it is at least 165F (74C). Let rest 30 minutes, then begin carving.
